All sales on permanent jewelry are FINAL once the chain is cut.
All sales on gift items both in store and online are eligible for exchange only.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchange Process
To request an exchange, you can contact us at manekijewelry@gmail.com.
Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). The item you are requesting an exchange for must be unopened, unused, and free of any signs of wear including stains, scents, smoke, or tag removal.
